Our Positive Teacher Toolkit helps you:

I am passionate about wellbeing and want to share with you excellent resources, ideas and activities that are based on current wellbeing research. |
What I do |
I combine over a decade of experience in the classroom with an extensive background in Psychology to support teachers to have a positive experience in the profession, creating strategies to not just survive, but thrive. I want you to be able to develop personally and support students in their wellbeing journey.
It is so important to embody wellbeing ourselves and introduce it to our students as soon as we can. But I know most teachers don't have time to start creating more resources for wellbeing. That is why our Positive Teacher Toolkit does it for you. Access video tutorials, downloadable worksheets and training workbooks. New content is added regularly and you can even put in requests! |

More about me...
When I’m not teaching and supporting others to have happier more fulfilled lives I can usually be found rock climbing, hiking up a mountain or flying down a wave. I’m profoundly grateful that my husband (also a teacher) shares the same passion for the outdoors as me and together we are able to travel and explore while doing the things we love.
My passion for life outside of the classroom is one of the things that helps give me perspective and although I know not everyone wants to jump into the freezing Irish Sea to go surfing or attach themselves to a cliff face to unwind, finding a passion, whatever it may be and making time for it, is one of the most important things I’ve learnt. |
My Beliefs
I don’t believe in luck, I believe in living life on purpose. Deciding what you want and finding a way to make it happen. I always believe there is a solution, even when others don’t and from all my studying of psychology, I passionately believe in the power of the mind and the possibility to change our responses and emotions by reframing and looking at life in a different way.
