Teachers need to look after their wellbeing. They must put themselves first, otherwise they won't be in a position to look after other people. It's all too easy to run flat out until the next holiday and think that you will recover then. But it can all start to add up and cause problems.
Are you looking after your wellbeing?
As a teacher myself I know how hectic term can be. But I also know that it is not healthy in the long run to go flat out and just 'survive' until the next holiday. That is why I am running a 21 Day Challenge of Wellbeing.
It is going to be taking place on my Facebook page (click here to view) via Live FB Videos. This means you can join me if you catch me live, ask me questions, share your own wellbeing tips and connect with other teachers who know they need to stay on top of their own wellbeing id they are going to stay happy and healthy in this profession.
I will be live everyday from the 1st October 2016 - times will vary, but you can still comment after it has finished. So come and join in the 21 Days of Wellbeing Challenge.
More stuff happening this month!
I am also running live webinars this month, leading up to half term. These are about Transforming your Work Life Balance. There are three dates to pick from. If you're interested in attending one of them you can find out more here and sign up for one: Webinar Details
