  • I promote the belief that if you look after your staff they will look after your customers. In schools this means if teachers are happy and motivated they will do a much better job of looking after the students. Support the staff and they will be able to support the students. All my talks have actionable takeaways to enhance well-being and reduce stress in the workplace.
